When buying furniture, your support is essential. We need to be by your side all the way. Indeed, this purchase represents an important investment, it is sometimes difficult to take the plunge. This is why you need advice, availability, help and reassurance.

At Azur Confort, we make it a point of honor to support you from A to Z, from the first contact to the final delivery.

I- Your support

From the first contact to delivery, Céline our sales representative is keen to take care of it. Its role is to ensure the smooth running of the order for your complete satisfaction. Several steps make up this accompaniment:

1- First contact, mainly by telephone: listening and discussing your project and wishes in terms of furniture. Céline advises you with precision and responsiveness: "Listening is the first step. I have to be very precise in my explanations and in my feedback because our customers consult most of our products only on photos, on our website. I submit proposals for fabrics, colors, in conjunction with our design team and design office. An estimate will then be drawn up and sent.

2- This estimate will then be refined or signed, then transformed into a production order, while respecting your deadlines and those of the production schedule. Céline must also ensure the availability of materials and order them if necessary.

3- The workshop then takes over.


 

II- Transport / Installation

Once the furniture has been made, the workshop communicates to Céline the number of boxes or pallets for the transport. Depending on the type, quantity, nature of the order, etc., we work with 5 different carriers.

For development projects, Azur Confort can take care of delivery and installation on site.

III-SAV

Our furniture is guaranteed for 5 years. We make every effort to manufacture quality, robust and durable furniture. If you need to contact the after-sales service, our team immediately takes care of your request to find a quick solution.
